Main Structure of Wire Stripping Machine
Description as shown in the figure
1. Wire inlet Line pressing wheel： Make the wire forward and deliver the wire when rotating, and act with the knife rack assembly to peel off the outer part of the wire head.
2. Wire outlet Line pressing wheel: Cooperate with the knife rack assembly to complete the action of stripping the tail outer of the wire, and deliver the processed wiring harness out.
3. Wire-inlet conveying rollers： Wires are penetrated through this hole.
4. conveying pipe： The wire will pass through this conduit.
5. Knife rack assembly： Cutting device, cutting, and stripping are completed by this device.
6. LCD touch screen： The parameters of the wire harness to be processed are displayed, and all the parameters are input into the stripping data by the LCD touch screen.
7. Stop button： During the working condition, press this button, and the machine will stop after this work.
8. Start button： When the machine is reset, press this button, and the machine starts running.
9. Urgent stop button: During the working condition, press this button, and the machine first stops, clockwise rotation pop-up, then perform the reset action.
10. Air filter： Adjust the air pressure and filter the steam of the trachea.

The operating interface of the system consists of a 200 *145 LCD touchscreen. The functions of each button are described below:
Front end-setting: press the [Front end Setting] to display the following pages.
Sheathing length: the length from the front line to the cutter section, that is, the length of the core after stripping.
Sheath semi-peeling: the length of outer stripping, separation of the outer skin and inner core of the sheath. (Note: The system automatically sets this value.)
Sheath knife value: when peeling the outer sheath, the depth of the cutter into the skin, the bigger the value of the knife, the deeper the cut; the smaller the value of the knife, the shallower the cut. (Reference value: about 7mm outer diameter sheath knife value set about 7700, about 9mm outer diameter sheath knife value set about 6500)
Sheath knife withdrawal: when the sheath is peeled, the cutter falls back a certain distance, then the sheath is pulled out by clamping the sheath. The value of the thick sheath knife withdrawal is large, and the value of the thin sheath knife withdrawal can be adjusted to small. (Reference value range 300-500, about 7mm outer diameter sheath knife set about 350, about 9mm outer diameter sheath knife set about 400)
Length of the wire core: the length of the core is revealed after the inner core is peeled. (Note: When setting full stripping, the optimum value of "half stripping" should be bigger than "core length".)
Core half stripping: "Core half stripping" value is bigger than the "core length" value when all the skin is off, "Core half stripping" value is less than the "core length" value when the skin is above the core, the core exposed a part of the length.
Core knife value: when cutting and stripping the core, the depth of the cutter into the outer skin of the core line, the greater the value of the knife, the deeper the cut; the smaller the value of the knife, the shallower the cut. (reference value: the core diameter is about 2.5mm, setting about 8800)
Wire core knife withdrawal: when stripping the outer skin of the wire core, the knife withdraws a certain distance and then pulls the outer skin out, the value of wire-thickness knife withdrawal is large, and the value of wire-thin knife withdrawal can be adjusted to small. (Reference value range 80-150, core diameter about 2.5mm set about 100, core diameter about 3.5mm set about 150)

Instructions for setting parameters of main pages
Total length: the total length of cut and strip.
Left roller depth: control the gap between the top and bottom of the wire inlet Line pressing wheel, the bigger the value, the smaller the gap; otherwise, the smaller the value, the bigger the gap. (Adjustable value range 1-15, reference value: about 8 mm outer diameter sheath set 9-10, about 6 mm outer diameter sheath set 10-11)
Wiring inlet clamping depth: control the gap between the top and bottom of the wire inlet Line pressing wheel, the bigger the value, the bigger the gap; otherwise, the smaller the value, the smaller the gap. (Adjustable value range 0.1-15, reference value: about 7 mm outer diameter sheath set 4-4.5, about 9 mm outer diameter sheath set 6-7)
Wiring outlet clamping depth: control the gap between the upper and lower wire inlet Line pressing wheels, the smaller the value, the smaller the gap; the bigger the value, the bigger the gap.
(Adjustable value range 0.1-15 reference value: about 7mm outer diameter sheath set 4-4.5, about 9 mm outer diameter sheath set 6-7)
Cable speed: the speed of entering the wheel is 10-99, 10 is the slowest, and 99 is the fastest.
Cut speed: the closing and opening speed of upper and lower blades, adjustable range 10-99, 10 for the slowest, 99 for the fastest.
Output speed: the speed of the spinning wheel is 10-99, 10 is the slowest, and 99 is the fastest.
Clamping speed: The opening and closing speed of the outlet wheels when peeling the outer skin of the sheath head can be adjusted, range is 10-99, 10 is the slowest, and 99 is the fastest.
Internal Stripping speed: the speed of stripping core wires. The adjustable range is 10-99, 10 is the slowest, and 99 is the fastest
Outgoing speed: Outgoing wheel rotation speed, adjustable range 10-99, 10 for the slowest, 99 for the fastest.
Prog No.: prog No. is the program number, save different program numbers for different sizes of wires or stripping sizes that need to be processed, so that we can use it next time.
Save: input a program number, input parameters according to your own needs, and then press [Save], the corresponding parameters of the program number will be saved, the next time you only need to call out to use. (Important Note: Press the [Save] key after each parameter modification to save the changed data. If you input another program number in the "Prog No. " and then press save, then copy all the parameters of the original program number into the current input program number.)
Select: Invoke the program numbers of different specifications previously saved, input the required program numbers in the[Prog No]. and press the [Select] key, then the selected program number parameters are all called out.
Total: Input the total number of wires needed to process, when the “current output” equals [Total] then the machine stops working, continue processing need to press the [Clear] key to clear the number and then press the [Start] key.
Batch: When [Batch] equals the “current number”, the machine stops the predetermined time and continues to run. (Note: the current number is automatically cleared now).
Actual total: The number of wire rods being processed.
Actual batch: The number of processing is being processed.
Clear: Press this button to clear the current output and another key to zero the actual batch.
Wire forward: This button is only used when the machine is in downtime. Press and hold this key, the wire can be transported to the cutting edge through the inlet under the transmission wheel, according to the need for a free adjustment. (Note: after pressing this button, the machine needs to be reset again to start working.
Wire backward: This button is only used when the machine is in downtime. Press and hold this key, wire rod can be transferred by the wheel through the feeder inlet. The wire rod can be withdrawn from the cutting edge and adjusted freely as needed. (Note: after pressing this button, the machine needs to be reset again to start working.)
Auto: This key can be converted to the inch, in automatic mode, press the start key machine automatically run, in inch mode, press the start key machine to do only a one-step operation, and then press the start key to execute the next operation.
Start: Press this button to run the machine.
Stop: when the machine is working, press this button and the machine will stop after this work.
Reset: Press the [Wire forward] or [Wire backward] key, that is, wire feeding or out of line, you need to press the [Reset] key to restore the machine to its original state.
EMO: Press this button and the machine will stop working. To continue working, you need to press the [Reset] key to reset the machine, and then press the [Start] key to resume operation.

Feed direction：[Wire Forward] and [Wire Backward] function is the same as the [Forward] and [Backward] operation on the work page.
Left Roller: Hold the [Clamp wire] up and down line wheel will slowly close to the middle; press the [Loose] up and down line wheel will slowly open until the limit switch identified position.
Blades [Down /Up]： Holding the [Down] button, the upper and lower blades slowly close in the middle until the sensor recognizes the position; holding the [Up] upper and lower blades will slowly open up and down until the sensor recognizes the position.
Blades [Front /Back]： Hold the [Front] button, and knife rack assembly forward until the sensor recognizes the position; Hold the [Back] knife rack assembly holder slowly back until the sensor recognizes the position.
Right roller: Hold the [Clamp wire] button, and the up wheel and down wheel will slowly close to the middle; hold the [Loose], and the up wheel and down wheel will slowly open up and down until the limit switch identifies the position.
Function setting: Press the [Function Setting] button to enter the following settings page.
Wire rod detection: This button opens to check if there is still wire not passing through the tube. If no wire passing through is detected, the machine stops automatically.
Protective cover door detection: When the protective cover door opens, the machine will not work when the button is open.
Batch pause time: When “current batch” is equal to “set batch”, the machine will automatically pause, and the alarm time unit is second, as shown in the figure to pause the number for one second.
Blades air time: When the machine is cutting and peeling, the unit blows in seconds, as shown in the figure, and the blowing time is 0.5 seconds.
Delay of tool shifting: One unit time for the inside and outside movement of the cutter is seconds, and the best time is 0.4 seconds.
Delay of feeding tube: The residence time of the guiding duct is seconds, and the best time is 0.2 seconds.
In pulse: Value of controlling stripping length, this parameter is generally accurate, if there is any length error in the actual stripping process, it can be adjusted freely. If the stripping wire is smaller than the size of the set, then add up the original parameters, until the stripping wire and the size of the set are almost the same. On the contrary, decrease it.
Discharge Length: It is the distance of processed wire goes out.
Wire input clamp position: When the front end core of the sheath is stripped, the clamping block blocks the distance between the inner core section of the sheath and the clipping block. (reference range: 30mm)
Wire output clamp position: When the end core is stripped, the clamping block blocks the distance between the inner core section of the back sleeve and the clipping block. (reference range: 30mm)
Return of wiretapping: When the outer skin of the stripping head is lifted, the height of the stripping wheel is raised upward to prevent pressure on the wire head from increasing the resistance of stripping. It is recommended to set 1-1.5mm.

Each IO monitoring point corresponds to the wiring points of the motherboard, and it is usually the machine exception that opens the monitoring to determine the problem.
Important clues for wire stripping setting：
1、Every time before starting the machine press the [Reset] button to reset the machine automatically. and then press the [Start] button to run the machine.
2、When debugging after inputting parameters, switch the [automatic] mode to [inch] mode, try to strip wire first, and then switch the "automatic" mode to formally process wire rods.
3、In front-end or rear-end settings, the best value is that the "half-stripping" of the wire core should be bigger than the "length of the wire core" 5mm.
Fault phenomena and troubleshooting methods
The line head can’t be peeled off. 1、Check the cutting depth of the wire head and adjust the "sheath knife value" in the "front setting" to make it larger when the cut is too shallow.
2、The gap between the feeder wheels is too large, and the "lest roller depth" should be adjusted so that the gap between the feeder wheels can be reduced to an appropriate position (reference value 1-15). Increasing the clamping depth value makes the gap smaller.
3、Whether the driving belt of the incoming wheel is dirty or needs cleaning.
The line end can’t be peeled off. 1、Check the cutting depth at the end of the line and adjust the "sheath knife value" in the [Rear end Setting] to make it larger when the cut is too shallow.
2、The clearance of the outlet wheel is too large, so the "right clamp depth" should be adjusted to reduce the clearance of the inlet wheel to the appropriate position (reference value 1-15). Increasing the clamping depth value makes the gap smaller.
3、Whether the driving belt of the incoming wheel is dirty or needs cleaning.
Severe injury of wire skin 1、First of all, judging whether the pressure from the incoming or outgoing wheels, then change the corresponding external belt.
Cored outer skin is cut Turn the "sheath knife value" in the "front end settings" and "back end settings" down and try again until the core-sheath is not damaged.
error in stripping length. 1、The wire itself varies in thickness.
2、The belt must be cleaned. Wire surface wax, resulting in the transmission belt wax being slippery, brush cleaning, and gasoline cleaning the outer surface of the transmission belt.
3、There is a stuck phenomenon in the discharge rack, which results in poor transportation of wires.
The Head wire or tail wire can’t be opened Intake drive belt pressure is not enough, please check and adjust the "left clamp depth" to make the inlet drive belt pressure increase. The method is to increase the clamping depth (reference value 1-15).
Outline drive belt pressure is not enough, please check and adjust the "right clamp depth" to make the out-line drive belt pressure increase. The method is to increase the clamping depth (reference value 1-15).
There are several long copper wires 1、"Front-end settings or Rear-end settings" in the "wire core knife value" is a too large, too deep knife cut to copper wire, stripping out of copper wire, need to reduce the "wire core knife value", and try again.
wires are not cut and connected 1、Add the engine oil on the upper and lower slide parts of the knife rack assembly carrier and try again (usually 8 hours refueling once.).
2、Adjust the cutter speed to the slowest and try again. See if the knife edge is closed at the critical point during operation or not.
3、Check whether the specification of wire is within the scope of the machine stripping square.
4、Whether the blade is blunt, maybe need to change to a new one.
the fan doesn’t work, or the screen doesn’t work 1、If it continues to burn after changing the insurance pipe, you need to contact our after-sales service department or office.
Incisional slanting 1、The wire itself is too curved and needs to be straightened.
2、The wire outlet is not aligned with the center of the knife edge.
3、When the end of the thread is tilted, check whether the conductor orifice is too close to the knife.
Scraping the inner core skin If the front inner core is scratched, then the front sheathing knife is too large, and needs to be smaller.
If the rear inner core is scratched, then the back-end jackknife is too large and needs to be smaller.
